This week (7th September), our first three veterans at Drummond Park in Ludgershall celebrated completing their on-site training at a special presentation service.
He was in the process of checking out from his accommodation and walking to his car, where he was going to be sleeping for the foreseeable future, when we called.
Today, Alabaré has been selected to be a key partner in Op FORTITUDE, which aims to end homelessness amongst ex-Armed Forces personnel in the UK.
The group from our veterans and young people’s services learned to ride, play polo and participate in an elite tournament, as well as get an insight into the equine world!

We welcomed the Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, Johnny Mercer MP, to Drummond Park in Ludgershall, Wiltshire, to meet with those involved in the veterans’ community project and discuss the huge benefits of collaboration between charity and industry in helping veterans.
We welcomed the Leader of Wiltshire Council, Cllr. Richard Clewer, to see the progress of the Drummond Park site at Ludgershall and meet the Alabaré Self-Builders involved in its construction.
